1. Service Scopes

Lumo Creations designs custom software models, compiles ERP dashboards, sets up MQTT telemetry paths, and designs ROS pathing firmwares according to signed statements of work (SOW).

2. Project Milestones

Milestones schedules, prototype feedback gates, user acceptance check timelines, and invoice schedules are defined in SOW annexes. Late responses block timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon complete payment settlement of invoices, ownership of customized dashboard source scripts, firmware codes, and database schemas transfers fully to the client, excluding pre-existing libraries.
